By completing this purchase, you (“Renter”) agree to the following tile rental agreement terms with Mahj Styled (“Owner”) for the temporary rental of mahjong equipment.
Rented Items
Rental items may include, but are not limited to:
- Mahjong tiles
- Mahjong mat(s)
- Tile racks with pushers
- National Mah Jongg League cards
- Any additional accessories provided
All rental items remain the sole property of Mahj Styled.
Payment Method Authorization
By providing your payment information at checkout, you authorize Mahj Styled to store your payment method and to charge your payment method through Stripe for any additional amounts owed under this Agreement.
This includes, but is not limited to, charges for lost, stolen, missing, or damaged rental items.
Responsibility for Care and Use
The Renter agrees to:
- Use all rental items with reasonable care
- Keep items in a clean, secure environment
- Prevent loss, theft, misuse, or damage while items are in their possession
Loss or Damage
The Renter is fully responsible for any loss or damage to rental items during the rental period.
- Lost items will be charged at full replacement value.
- Damaged items may be charged up to the full replacement value, based on the extent of damage.
- Normal wear and tear is excluded. Stains, cracks, chips, warping, bending, water damage, or missing components are not considered normal wear.
Additional Charges
If loss or damage occurs, Mahj Styled may charge the payment method on file via Stripe for:
- Replacement or repair costs
- Any costs required to restore the rental set to its original condition
Agreement & Acceptance
By completing checkout, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to this Agreement and authorize Mahj Styled to charge their payment method as described above.
