This creamy Greek yogurt dip is fresh, flavorful, and effortlessly crowd-pleasing. Packed with herbs and just the right amount of tang, it comes together quickly and tastes even better after a little time in the fridge. Perfect for veggie trays, pita, or adding a lighter touch to any snack spread.
Measure the Greek yogurt into a medium bowl. Mix in the parsley, dill, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well incorporated. Taste and adjust the seasonings, adding more salt if necessary.
Cover and chill for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to blend. Garnish with additional fresh herbs, if desired, and serve with raw veggies and/or pita wedges.
